O'Ring

The O-Rings are ring seals used to seal the fluids inside a system or to prevent the escape of liquids or gases. These components are widely used in a wide range of sectors, including the automotive industry, aerospace, electronics, plumber and many others. Their versatility and reliability make them essential for the watertight holding in components such as fittings, valves, pipes and pistons. In short, O-Ring are critical components to guarantee the holding and reliability of the systems in a variety of industrial applications.

An O-Ring represents a fundamental component in the panorama of mechanical engineering and watertight estate. It is an elastomeric ring, commonly known as rubber, characterized by a circular section, whose main purpose is to act as a garnish or seal. The versatility of the O-Rings lies in their ability to adapt to a wide range of industrial applications, guaranteeing the watertight estate between two surfaces or components.

In the assembly process, the O-Rings are positioned in the appropriately designed and compressed housing between two or more parts. This compression allows O-Ring to adapt to the surrounding surfaces, creating an airtight seal that prevents the escape of liquids or gas. In other words, O-Ring act as protective barriers that guarantee the integrity and reliability of the mechanical systems in which they are used.

Elite Gomro Srl stands out for the production of a wide range of o-rings, characterized by various sizes that are defined as a rope and diameter. This size range allows you to satisfy a multitude of application needs, ensuring maximum compatibility and versatility.

To ensure optimal performance in different operational contexts, several recommended rubber mixes are available for O-Ring. Among these, the NBR (nitrilic rubber), the EPDM (Etilene-Pilene), the VMQ (siliconic rubber) and the FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) are included, also known as Viton®. These mixes offer a unique combination of ownership, including chemical resistance, resistance to extreme temperatures and durability.

In summary, Elite Gomma International Srl undertakes to provide O-Ring of high quality and performance, adaptable to a wide range of industrial applications, and supported by an accurate selection of rubber compounds to ensure maximum reliability and durability.
